After a good start at the CHI Donaueschingen with a 3. Place for Doutzen and Emily-Sophie Negele in the 1.40m, we had a small incident.

Emily-Sophie’s leg got hit by a horse and Laura’s small finger got stuck between the buckets, while feeding the horses. After a short visit at the hospital, we could exclude the worst. Nothing got broken just a bruised leg and a broken tendon in Laura’s little finger.

But our luck turned around:

Emily-Sophie could place herself with Doutzen in all the other classes:

  • 8th place in the 1.40m and another
  • 3rd place in the 1.40m amateur final.

After Martin Fuchs helped us out with a suitable bit Laura showed a lovely clear round on Friday with Quinta, they placed themselves on the 11. place.
