The show in Munich is like „coming home“. You meet the wonderful helpers like Mrs. Achatz at the show office and competitors that participate there every year. The slightly uneven grass arena covered with single trees and surrounded with cheering spectators asks for focused horses and riders. If the weather is sunny and the ground dry it is the most wonderful place to compete.
After a warm up round on Friday Tori and her horses Tamina and Cascadella obviously enjoyed their rounds in that unique setting. Maggie her sister came to support her and of course her parents, Amy and Jeff. Tori was clear on Sunday with both horses and 5th on Saturday with Cascadella.
Laura’s horse, Mortimer was so excited galloping over this green carpet that he ran out of control. Her friend Armin Schäfer Junior that she knows since the pony times takes now over the mount of this talented horse.
BP Casablanca jumped well the 1.35 classes on Thursday and on Friday. That’s why Armin pushed Laura to ride the small GP on Saturday evening. The first time for BP Casablanca to jump 1.40 and a GP on top. Laura was the last rider at the start. We were proud to see them coming out of the ring with only one fault.
Munich, we will come back next year!
