Our group consisting of Magdalina Wenger, Liv-Helen Lang, Milly Frey, Nadine Deville and Chloé Uffenheimer was keen to leave to the mountains as at home it was hot, up to 32 degrees.

The organizing committee consisting of Ladina Meier and her family as well as Rosita Secchi had organized a perfect setting.

Family members, friends and tourists supported our riders with applause. All well-deserved:

Milla Frey started in the 75cm class riding her two horses Quin du Rouet and Clarence. She enjoyed the holidays with her friend Vicky and had to reset the focus on her horses. On Sunday both her horses were clear.

Magadlina Umbricht and her mount Lolly turned tight in the 1.15 class and were rewarded with a 4th place.

Nadine Deville and Calito de Thieusies found a good rhythm being placed 9th in the 1.00 class.

Liv-Helen Lang and Larimosa were placed three times, 4th, 5th and 9th. After a long recovery of her horse Liv had well deserved such an exploit.

After her good performance in Valkenswaard we expected Chloé Uffenheimer to seamlessly follow on from her success there. With both her horses Covetous and Vigo Cruz she exceeded all expectations. Having achieved good results throughout the week, on Sunday in the 1.10 class, the small GP with a jump off, she was double clear on Vigo Cruz placed 4th and on Covetous clear with a time fault. Also her new mount Cassayo enjoyed his first round ridden by Chloé.

Laura showed her youngsters, Aarhof’s Contharga and Master C. They had to cope with the open space of the polo field. After three days of jumping they had adjusted and jumped clear. Miss Pippa was showed in her first 1.20 cm class in St. Moritz. Since she was not bothered Laura rode her in the GP on Sunday. She was clear in the initial round and finished 4th.

The success was partly owed to Bruno Kalt who gave instructions to the rider in warm up.

Happy with the results but sad knowing that this was the last edition of the show. After ten years of organizing the event Ladina Meier has given her farewell.
