On a sunny evening the two trucks driven by Michel Frey and Laura arrived at the Scuderia della Caccia in Bedizzole loaded with ten horses from Chloé Uffenheimer, Milla Frey, Laura, Alicia Stein and Heini Remes. The boxes were prepared. Straw and hay ready.

Chloé showed Vigo Cruz, Covetous and Cassayo CH. As usual she gave her horses time to get acquainted with the warm up and the newly built sand arena. At each start they built up more confidence and became relaxed. On Sunday Vigo felt like doing his own rounds. Luckily Chloé got him under control and nothing happened.

Milla had a great show on both her horses. She had much better control on Timoteo than at her first show in Vermezzo. Even though she had all clear rounds she had no chance to win against the fast ponies in the same class. She was placed 4th on Quin.

Laura rode Aarhof’s Contharga and Virgin Air. Contharga was nervous with all she had to deal with. Virgin Air was the opposite. She jumped better every day, relaxed and confident.

Heini and Vida had a great first start at a show. Both were excited but kept calm finishing their rounds. On Sunday Master jumped his first 1.00 class to the pleasure of Heini.

Alicia challenged the 1.00 class with Atlas. He showed no problem at the fences but was distracted to focus on his job. He finished his rounds and learned for the future.

The team was supported by David, Chloés husband. He was in charge of taking videos and bringing water or prosecco depending on the time and occasion.

The lovely dinners, especially the pasta made us forget the long days at the show. We will surely return to Bedizzole.
